Summer Rates (June-August)
16000 per week, Saturday to Saturday. Check-in 3 pm, check-out 11am. This includes all three floors, 8 bedrooms and 5 baths. The house is not split up during the summer.
Winter Rates (Sept to May excepting holiday weeks)
Sand Level: 2750 per weekend, 3500 per week.
Upper Two Floors: 3250 per weekend, 3900 per week.

City of Dana Point Short Term Rental Tax- 10% on rentals less than 30 days.
Cleaning – 220 per unit
Pets Fees- The association does not allow pets for short term rentals.
Credit Card Fees – 3%

The rates for last minute rental (within one month of arrival) may be reduced. We bought the house specifically for family reunions, even though the house an be divided into two units. Traditionally, the summer weekly rentals on Beach Road go from Saturday to Saturday, because it is difficult to obtain cleaning on Sundays. We discourage Sunday check in or check outs because of the issue with cleaning.
The city of Dana Point does not charge Hotel tax on rentals more than 4 weeks. for rentals less than four weeks, our permits require us to collect 10% of the base rental price. It generally is more expensive to book on VRBO 67429 or Air BB because of agency and credit card fees. Please inquire directly through me to save you money.
Cancellation Policy: Once a reservation has been made and a deposit received to secure the reservation, there will be cancellation fees. In general, all rentals fees are due sixty days prior to the rental date, and if you are booking within 60 days of arrival, the total amount due is required to secure the reservation.
