During Low Tides, there is access to the beach from the front steps.

A master suite with attached bath is featured in the unit.   We just renovated the master suite with a high quality en-suite bath that opens up into the master bedroom.  A small closet and individual toilet is included in the suite.

The master bathroom connects to the bedroom, and has an indiviual room with a toilet.

The back bedroom on the first floor also has a king size bed and television.

A double bed is the third bedroom in our luxury beach house rental in Capistrano Beach.  The bedroom connects to the garage.   It is a pretty small room for adults.

House from the road

35063 Beach Road is the fifth house from the entrance to 180 homes along the beach.  There are 180 houses on the road with plenty of extra parking in the open area before the houses start.  The house is modern and is equipped as a short term rental.  The houses are close together, and our duplex is set up for both small and large families to enjoy.

Capistrano Beach road is a development conceptualized 100 years ago by Ed Doheny who donated the beach park located five houses north of the property.  A beautiful one mile walk in the beach park will get you to Dana Point Harbor.  The harbor has wonderful restaurants and is home to the Catalina express which travels to Catalina every day.  The harbor was built 50 years ago and is being renovated to upgrade the facilities to become a world class destination.
